Great work and I love ya hoarfrost photos! Did ya forge the bongos out of the Alchemist’s Studio too? 🙏♒️😆😷☮️The new handles are an innovative design to afford more of a grip on, for the user, I think it may be take time to catch on🙏🐕♒️✅🔥
Your pictures of the snow and frost are lovely – and I am jealous of your wood for the fire. It’s one of the things I miss about home, my sister’s fireplace.
On day we may get a fire pit for the garden, or even better, a log burner for the house.
Have you told us the thinking behind the holes in the mug handles? If so could you again? If not, could you. I really like it but I’m not sure why, you know? hahaha I am “mug person”.
Texas doesn’t look like this at all. We had snow dust that floated in the air until it disappeared last week.
You make me lonely for the New England of my youth…
No problem! We have done these as a series and I find it fun to look back throughout the year as the seasons change. Looking forward to sharing more as spring comes back!
I always enjoy your photo journal – I love the snow shots since winter is my favorite season.
Nice to see what you are working on. You inspired me – I posted a Week in Photos on my River Road Studio – on my blog and on my FB page. It has had the largest amount of hits ever! So it was nice to share my space with readers. Have a wonderful week.
Great to hear Lynda! Have not posted them on Facebook yet – have you been doing it as an album? I am glad it helped get more engagement and interest! 🙏
The hoarfrost is amazing. I lived in New England for along time, but don’t believe I encountered that majestic winter event.
It is indeed beautiful! We are near the ocean so when the fog comes in over night on a cold night, the hoarfrost will come in like this. It’s a treat!
We have some snow flurries but wow! You have true winter there! Love the pictures
Thank you! So glad to be able to share them with you and glad that you enjoyed seeing a bit of what life is like around here 🙂 Keep well! 🙏
The rain today is melting all the snow… boo! Your pictures are lovely!!
It is indeed! Then cold midweek again!
Typical!!! 🤪

No those were from a second hand shop but have thought of making drums of some sort from clay for sure! Thanks for the feedback on the handles too! 🙏
I am an honest friend first of all and at times it has caused me to get in trumpence Jajaja 🙏♒️🐕😷💯👍🏾
Can be a tough balance for sure!
🙏🐕♒️👍🏾😷
The photo of the 🪵 made me feel cold 🥶 too! Poor guys😃👍🏾
We are used to it! 🙂 Grew up in an even colder place!
Go Rodgers then! Eff TB12, I digress Jajaja
I love the the beauty of hoar frost, but when I see the amazing pottery you make, it makes we want to play with clay.
Thank you for your kind comment! I am glad to hear our pottery inspires a playful interest in clay! wonderful! 🙏

It can make it wonderfully cozy once the fire is roaring, and is a lovely smell as well. Thank you for your kind comment! 🙏
What can one say…you are one cold hearted man.
Cold hands warm heart so cold heart warm hands? 😉 Hope you are well!

it’s simply a design choice and fun to make. 🙂
Also, its not the first time – we have made some around here as testers and they have been strong and there have been no issues 🙂

Sounds like a visit in the winter would be good! I do hear Texas in the winter is lovely too though!
Lovely photos! My week was all about collecting wood for my fireplace. Coming week should be enjoying a warm comfortable living room !
Wonderful! That sounds like a lovely week!
Yes! It was !! 🙂
Wow, it looks like you’ve got more snow that we have – it’s been melting. 🙁
How did the handles work out? They look good!
Thank you! We have tried out handles like this for mugs around the house and they remain strong, no issues. 🙂 Glad you like them! 🙏
It’s always fun to see how life looks through other peoples lives, thanks for the share!

Crisp clean snow so beautiful and just love those mugs great for that warm drink.
Thank you! They are not yet bisque fired so a warm drink would dissolve them, but yes, soon! 🙂

Terrific chilly images. We don’t get snow where I live (Auckland, New Zealand).
Thank you! That would be both nice and also I would miss the snow for sure. Hope you are keeping well! 🙏
