these owls are beautiful! I really like them!
Thanks so much for your kind appreciation! I hope you are having a wonderful day!
Those Owls are lovely. π I spent a couple of Summers on the Greek Islands and I would actually see Owls out there at night. Whereas I don’t really here in Ireland. In Greek Mythology the Goddess Athena is associated with Owls and is often depicted with an Owl nearby or on her shoulder due to the association with Wisdom and knowledge and having night vision. To see what others may not. I picked up a couple of little owl ornaments when I was there.
I noticed a gorgeous Sea Horse piece on your page but can’t find it on your website. I think the picture is on Instagram but I don’t have Instagram.. Anyway it looks beautiful. I love Sea Horses. I have a couple of Sea Horse pieces I bought on my travels. π
What a beautiful place to spend the summer! I have seen owls a few times out here in the wilds of Canada and there is nothing like hearing them in the cooler evenings of the Fall. They seem to add to the ambience.
I often associate mythology with my pottery pieces, both ancient and more modern and I have a vase that references Athena posted somewhere, as well as an owl that references Athena.
I have made a few seahorses, and they usually are purchased before I can get them posted! Some are hanging pieces for a window, and others are pendants for a necklace. I have a few more in the works and hope to get them fired in the next week or so, so I will be sure to post them. The one you are seeing on instagram, can be found in this blog post:

I hope you are having a great day!
Yeah I enjoyed my summers in the Greek Islands. π Brilliant to hear about the Mythology behind your pottery pieces. Would love to hear more about that. I have checked out your Sea Horse post and it’s great.
The Greek Islands are a beautiful and magical place where history and fables come alive. If you check out the page where my raku vases are you will see most of them have a story associated with them, drawing on different myths from around the world, many of them including Greek mythology. I hope you are having a wonderful weekend!
Will check those out. Thanks. π Have a Great Weekend. π

I got a message from spirit today during a journey that my power is in Alchemy. Iβve been receiving your posts and admiring your work for years. So today I bought a white Raku owl because that is the power animal that has been most present lately. Thanks for your inspiration.
Thank you so much Diana! And thank you spirit! I am inspired to send you a little (tiny) owl I have here along with the one you’ve ordered well as a thank you!
