I was a voracious reader as a child and continue to love reading. It was an escape as well as a true pleasure to learn and have fun on my own terms. Reading was – and still is – a very special activity for me.
2019 has drawn to a close and it has been a challenging year in many ways, but I have done my best to harness those challenges and use that energy to make beautiful things. Among the challenges, there were many bright spots to my year both personally and creatively. I wanted to take this opportunity to share my top five creative achievements with you!

I recently self-published my first book. I want to share with everyone embarking on the same adventure some tips and things I learned in the process.
We have had our first taste of winter here at the studio this week and it sure looks pretty, even if the cold is a bit of an adjustment! Usually, if we are lucky, this is the sort of snow we get just before Christmas.
