Description
Infinity Rising is a sculpture without a beginning or end, an attempt to capture the moment that endlessness takes physical form. Its sweeping curves lift upward in a fluid, continuous motion, echoing the timeless symbol of the infinite, a sculpture without end and without beginning. The sculpture feels as though it is caught in mid-ascent, rising beyond its own shape and reaching toward infinite possibility.
From every angle, the form reveals new pathways, flowing lines, and unexpected forms, suggesting renewal, perseverance, and the power of quiet transformation. It is both serene, industrial and dynamic, and a reminder that life is not defined by a single moment but an ever-unfolding journey.
Elegant and contemplative, with a timeless appearance Infinity Rising brings a sense of uplifting eternal motion. It reminds us that our sense of time is small compared to the universe that has shaped us and ignited our brief spark. Though our moments are short in the grand scheme of life, we are still part of the eternal story.
The raku firing process, known for its unpredictability and beauty, involves removing the piece from the kiln while still glowing red-hot and placing it into combustible materials. This rapid cooling and reduction process results in unique effects and metallic sheens on the surface, making each sculpture one-of-a-kind.
