Print Making

Once upon a time in my alchemical art journey, I experimented with printmaking. The primary medium I used was linocut, and black ink for a classic look.

But there is always an exception to every rule. Move over Warhol and Marilyn, because here is Yoda:

One of my favourite lino cut prints is inspired by one of my favourite local places – Advocate Harbour, Nova Scotia. It has many of the elements I love, varied rolling terrain, lots of nature and trees, seaside vistas, and beautiful beaches.

You can check out more of my linocut prints here!

And if you are ever visiting Nova Scotia, don’t forget to visit Advocate Harbour. It’s seaside beauty and feeling like you are at the end of world is worth seeing.

Also, don’t forget, you can help choose a name for one of my vases by liking the name(s) you like the best in the comments section on the linked post

Do you make art in multiple mediums? If so, what kinds of art have you made over the years?
