Happy April Fool’s Day! I was thinking of playing some sort of trick in my blog, but with all that is going on it somehow did not seem appropriate! What did seem appropriate was to get on the wheel and my mind off the chaos and start working on a sculpture.

I am looking to start a small line of home decor products to be rolled out throughout 2020. I have been prototyping a few new items. Below you can see a finished pillar candle holder and an oil/wax burner.
The printed copies of my first ever book arrived on Monday, and I have shipped off the last of the books and perks as of this morning.
Many of you may have surmised that I am working on building up my pottery studio with the intention of creating a livelihood that I love. It’s a lot of work, but one of the things I enjoy most about it is developing new items that I hope people will appreciate having in their home.
Winter has decided to make an unseasonably early appearance – even here where I live in Canada we do not get snow this early. Yesterday we had snow most of the day, and I must say I do not remember it ever snowing this soon, but apparently it is the last call for Fall.
I am excited to share that we have reached 127 percent of our total goal to bring ‘A Potter’s Dream: Myths & Legends’ to print. Which means that in less than a month I will be holding a physical printed copy of my first book ever in my hands!
