The Ogopogo, also known as N’ha-a-itk,
Is reported to live in Lake Okanagan in British Columbia, Canada. Ogopogo is commonly described as a 40 – 50 foot long sea monster resembling the extinct Basilosaurus.

The name ‘Ogopogo’ is thought to have originated from a song originally performed at a dance hall in Vernon, British Columbia.
His mother was an earwig,
His father was a whale;
A little bit of head
And hardly any tail—
And Ogopogo was his name.
The Sylix people thought N’ha-a-itk was a water spirit, a man turned into a monster for murdering a respected elder.
It was said that the only animal who could tolerate his company was the rattlesnake.
. . . Which i guess must be the reason why no one can get close enough to take a clear picture of the Ogopogo!

this one is beautiful, such scales on body like a fish. Why you don’t make some earthen pots for your cute garden too, or may be you like plants to grow on land 🙂 . And yes do share you berries jam pics too, you have lot of berries!
Very interesting vase there. It would be funny if you had Anthony Ogogo on a pogo stick to see this Ogopogo vase.
That IS fun! Ive never heard of him! Ogogo & Ogopogo pogo a-go-go!
No problem. I just thought the rhyming and wordplay made too much sense. Anthony Ogogo is a British Olympic bronze medalist boxer-turned-pro wrestler in case you’re wondering. Now imagining him on a pogo stick en route to that vase would be funny imagery.
Also an agogo bell!
I had to look it up, but I know what you’re talking about now. Funny enough, I wasn’t aware that instrument had that for a name. Apparently they’re of Nigerian origin.
Oh, interesting! I wondered where the name Ogopogo came from. 😂
Now you OgopoKnow the secret! 😀
Those scales look amazing 🥰
and definitely more fun than the ones I had to receits while learning piano! 🙂 keep well!
