πŸ™ In Gratitude πŸ™

~ For colour ~

this summer has been very grey and wet.

This has meant everything is very green and the plants (Weeds included) are growing very quickly

It also means that when the grey has passed, the other colours really seem to

pop!

So as the grey highlights the contrast,
here is to celebrating Colour!

What colour are you feeling
gratitude for today?

We would love to hear your answers in the comments below πŸ™

  1. That means some grey colored art coming from you sooner ~~ Potters Lamp shade of Grey elephant trunk ? My color today is lavender ~~

      1. hey, good to hear from you, yes lavender is a great color–but I find them contrast in looks at least
-> In looks: lavender is soothing and cool, orange is bright and vibrant
-> orange is a smell that is smooth and smell of lavender flower smells I don’t have words–it so good–
->taste–pungent orange, lavender flower–I never tasted it — the flower πŸ™‚

Seems like you like oranges a lot ! I had mandarin oranges tree as a kid and young adult in my garden. And I used to eat them in loads, made mocktails from them sour and not sweet as big common oranges.

    1. Yes, its been a drought out there. I hope the fires and smoke have been ok where you are!

  2. Hot, humid and pop up showers here in the midwest. My color for today is the color of my contented purring cat, She is a ginger kitty.

  3. Black and white and calico orange, tabby . grey and white–the colors of my cats for whom I am eternally grateful. Weather here has hot and humid and I came from Colorado so I am also grateful for the central AC. I walk the Sulphur Creek Trail every morning and have discovered that it’s the temperature, not the humidity that makes it so uncomfortable after 10 a.m.
