~ For colour ~
this summer has been very grey and wet.
This has meant everything is very green and the plants (Weeds included) are growing very quickly
It also means that when the grey has passed, the other colours really seem to
pop!

Raku pottery, vases, and gifts
We have had a wet monsoon season in the desert, finally, and are grateful for that and the greener world around us.
I am glad to hear you got some much needed rain, Mark!
Hello, Iβm feeling grateful for clear positive thoughts today! Thank you for sharing, and I love your work!
Thank you for sharing that with me, Bridgette. I very much appreciate it! π grateful for your comment today! π
That means some grey colored art coming from you sooner ~~ Potters Lamp shade of Grey elephant trunk ? My color today is lavender ~~
Lavender is a great colour and flavour too! Like orange I guess too π
hey, good to hear from you, yes lavender is a great color–but I find them contrast in looks at least
-> In looks: lavender is soothing and cool, orange is bright and vibrant
-> orange is a smell that is smooth and smell of lavender flower smells I don’t have words–it so good–
->taste–pungent orange, lavender flower–I never tasted it — the flower π
Seems like you like oranges a lot ! I had mandarin oranges tree as a kid and young adult in my garden. And I used to eat them in loads, made mocktails from them sour and not sweet as big common oranges.
~~~Take Care
Looks beautiful β¦here on the west coast so much is parched and brown. So looking forward to rain!
Yes, its been a drought out there. I hope the fires and smoke have been ok where you are!
Hot, humid and pop up showers here in the midwest. My color for today is the color of my contented purring cat, She is a ginger kitty.
cute! What is her name? how does she do in the heat?
it’s been a very dry summer here, so I am grateful for the bits of green that we still have!
i bet! little islands of green π
Iβm grateful for yellow, the color that always peeks after the grey and restores my hope.π
Absolutely. The sun after a rainfall is the a very yellow feeling π
Beautiful
Black and white and calico orange, tabby . grey and white–the colors of my cats for whom I am eternally grateful. Weather here has hot and humid and I came from Colorado so I am also grateful for the central AC. I walk the Sulphur Creek Trail every morning and have discovered that it’s the temperature, not the humidity that makes it so uncomfortable after 10 a.m.
Green. My garden surrounds me with elephant ears, caladiums, palms, and rosemary plants. Paradise!
