  1. Love it! The EYES have it for a new Sesame Street Tree Dragon that flies as high in the light as its roots nourish deep in the dark. Daily making Besties with Beasties, and the Eye of Balor reminds me a bit of a seed, a seed like Argus, the 100-eyed Giant… who, once Zeus had him offed, Artemis knelt over. Her tears rivuleting over him in her loving grief resurrected him as a fantastical bird, and she lovingly put his eyes in the tail feathers… and created the peacock… a beast Zeus couldn’t kill because it was made from love. Quite another Beauty and the Beast story… and… the Eye of Balor is quickly growing on me as being just fine as it is without need of ‘peacocking.’

Here’s to monsters becoming friends, to daily making besties with beasties… even throwing them into being on the wheel as the wonderfully chthonic rock stars they are. Maybe I should buy some shades so they both look cool, and acclimate to the light without blinding them. I gather their vision runs deep. What gifts they bring.
