I hope you get to have chickens soon! They are so much fun and oddly relaxing to watch, full of lots of character and entertaining antics. Thanks for taking the time to comment and I hope your day is off to a great start!
I love the posts where you share photos of your surroundings and activities for the week. I’ve been working in my flower gardens – and working on new poetry that has to be sent out by June 30 for an anthology. I’ve also been taking a lot of photos as I walk around my little piece of Heaven-on-Earth in western PA. Love the little eggs and the lovely flowers – inside and outside – and always love the pottery. Thanks for sharing it all.
Thank you so much for your comment Lynda! It sounds like you have some great stuff going on! I love seeing how the flower beds evolve and grow, and the need to divide plants has me always putting in a new bed or two a year!
Best of luck with the poetry anthology! That’s very exciting, and sometimes a deadline can really help with the writing. At least for me!
I hope you are having a great day and enjoying your little slice of paradise!
It’s pretty amazing the difference between them and the ones you get at the store. The yolks are so much richer in colour and our ladies make such tasty eggs!
Hope you are well!
We are blessed. Sometimes it’s hard to keep up with eating the eggs, but that just means we have some to share with the neighbours 😉 That’s also one of my favourite parts of having the chickens too!
Thanks so much for your comment, hope you are well.
It is very beautiful! That is one of the new plants we got this year! I am hoping it spreads so we can have more of it and I can divide it and add it to another bed next spring!
Thanks for the comment and I hope you have a fantastic day!
You are so lucky to be able to have chickens! It’s a dream of mine to have some, maybe when we don’t live in such an urban area….

We have chickens and there is nothing like a fresh egg from a happy free range pet hen!

That’s cool that you have chickens. Having fresh eggs every day is one of the great things about it.
