    1. I find that its lovely to have a mix of artists with a splash of my own. Now to just find that balance! πŸ™

    1. Thank you, Djinn! I am glad you like the closeups and I definitely agree that art brings richness to life!

    1. If you are curious to explore that creative aspect of yourself, playing with clay is a great way in. No expectations and if you dont like it you can smoosh it πŸ™‚ Playdough can be great too – following curiosity and seeing where it goes without having a “goal” in mind.

  1. Art supplements my imagination, as well appreciation of other artists– from canvas works to architecture to fashion– from early history to the present time. May the creative minds continue to evolve.

    1. Art is definitely a great supplement for imagination! It is an excellent starting point for inspiration and to go out and explore! πŸ™

    1. It’s a wonderful way to work through feelings for sure! Thanks for sharing, Chris! πŸ™

  2. I think of Art in any form as the 3D expression of Creative Flow. I appreciate the art piece even more as a consequence, because I admire the Artist for their ability to open to the Flow and let it move through them in order to share their experience with the World. As the end result of the energy of Love in expression, it is a beautiful gift to both the Artist and the viewer.

    1. What a lovely expression. Thank you for sharing πŸ™ I feel this as well – not with every piece – but definitely with the ones I most love

  3. To me, art is a language without words or grammar. It is the language of the mind. It communicates the concepts that we hardly can do with words and words alone. This also goes with literature. Yes, novels and poetry uses words but there is a message beyond them.

  4. For me art is not just therapy it’s life itself. A means of creativity, expression, passion, imagination. It’s as important as breathing. To not have art is not living life as I know it. My particular art is needle art and singing in church. Without them, I am not complete.

    1. “Art is not just therapy, it’s life itself”

I feel this in my bones. Thank you for sharing, Angela πŸ™

  5. The art of others helps me to see the world differently.
My own art – the act of creating – takes me into and out of myself, and helps me feel that I can affect others and effect change.

    1. I love how you describe art as taking you into and out of yourself. That paradox is very true for me as well. It is a way to see and be seen πŸ™
