This Week At The Studio In Photos

A raku firing happened this week and went very well! Keep an eye out for pictures!
Harvested all the tomatoes, peppers and cucumbers and received the Food Inspector‘s approval.
Which turned out to be a great decision when the first frost came!
New jewelry was added, including this Tree of Life Pendant
A frog among the beans, thinking about the seasons changing.

That’s been the week here.

How’s your week been?

  1. Wow! Look at your haul of goodies! I am impressed and kind of a little green with envy. The desert was not kind with the heat this year and my garden did not fair well, there is always next year 🙂 Love the frog photo, so cute! Peace and good tidings… 🙂

    1. thank you! It has been a dry year here as well, but surely not as dry as an actual desert! I hope you are keeping well

    1. Gotta listen to those weather reports! (even if sometimes it means prematurely covering or pulling plants!). The best guide is usually the full moon though 🙂 Stay well!

  2. I really enjoy seeing your weekly photos – and the collection of vessels in the Kiln reminded me of a gathering of a harvest from the garden – I love the beautiful red dog – and all is well in your world. May your harvest of vessels be a glittering treasure trove – brining beauty into the world one at a time.

    1. I love that parallel between a garden basket of vegetables and a kiln of pottery! Thank you for the wonderful imagery and your kind words. I hope you are keeping well, Lynda!

    1. Thank you! We try to include a variety of happenings 🙂 Stay well and thank you for your support!

  3. What a haul from the garden, lucky you and good thinking getting it in before the first frost! Similarly to your Food Inspector, the Cat is our inspector-in-chief here, everything new in the house must be sniff-checked and tried for comfort.

    1. Thank you Laura! The sunflowers ended up being eaten mostly by birds. Tough to keep atop everything for harvest and drying! Hope you are keeping well!
