How many jars of wine do you make?
Hi Melinda! It’s done in big buckets first, and then bottles in wine bottles, but year over year it can depend on what there was extra fruit of. Most years rhubarb is the staple as there is ALWAYS lots of rhubarb, and from that recipe alone I would say probably 20 or so bottles. Then other varieties come after that 🙂
I love Rhubarb pie!!!!! I haven’t heard of Rhubarb wine, that’s interesting.

the ocean view on the Bay of Fundy is superb.

I couldn’t see squat from my place (to much light pollution) And Mom couldn’t make out anything way out in the country side. And that Hasksap sounds interesting- and tasty 😋

Sadly, I couldn’t spot anything with my binoculars. I suspect that might have been due to a tree blocking part of the sky, not a failure on the binoculars’ part.
I haven’t been able to check out neowise.. I’m jealous…
