This Week At The Studio In Photos

Phew! A new area of the garden has been transformed with dirt, love, and sweat equity! These perennial plants will come back every year and fill in the space.
Three of the Royal Ladies of Cluckingham Palace on parade. They had tea and scones shortly afterwards.
The inside of the studio/store is coming along! Now drywalled and also free of drywall dust! Now for colour choosing… (stay tuned).
MMMM. The garlic scapes are ready for harvest for inclusion in salads or in our annual garlic oil recipe and vampire repellent.
The full moon/lunar eclipse did not bring werewolves to the Palace. All floofy summer hats safely stored on heads, the Royal Ladies were very pleased.

  1. I didn’t know you are fixing up the studio/store, great! I didn’t see any eclipse last night, probably because the neighborhood sounded like a war zone. Insane amount of fireworks! Happy Sunday!

    1. Sounds like your 4th of July went off without a hitch! I hope it was a great (and safe) time!

  2. The garden looks great, the interior is really coming along, yay on harvesting garlic, and I like #2. (please share your vampire repellent recipe, unless it is classified) Have a great week!

    1. Thank you! The vampire repellent recipe may be classified. I will need to check with Chairman Meow. 🙂

    1. Absolutely! It is wonderful to see things come to life 🙂 I hope you are keeping well!

  3. The love of gardening is a seed once sown that never dies. Trees and plants always look like the people they live with, somehow. It is only the farmer who faithfully plants seeds in the Spring, who reaps a harvest in the Autumn. Garden as though you will live forever.May 30, 2019

  4. I think I’m also a fan of number 4, although they are all beautiful. I’m a huge fan of your garden and quite envious. I’ve had to let mine go since I’m sidelined with a broken toe (tripped over my kitty!).

    1. Oh goodness! I am sorry to hear that, Karen! I hope it heals up quickly and the kitty keeps out the foot traffic! (one of the kitties here does the same thing!)

    1. I, too, am thankful for the distinct lack of werewolves and vampires! 🙂
