Today marks 50 years since the first “Earth Day” (something I think we should celebrate every day since we literally cannot live without it!)
What are you feeling thankful to the Earth for today?

love this vase!
Thank you! It is a community art piece in process, its called The Vase of Dreams. I would like to personally invite you, if youd like to be a part of it 🙂 https://rakupottery.ca/2020/03/29/calling-all-dreamers-the-vase-of-dreams/
The one “upside” to this whole horrible Corona Virus pandemic, is that we can finally see that with drastic measures on humans’ part, the Earth can actually begin to heal from all we have done to Her. Let’s hope we can keep some of the good stuff for the planet when this all ends. Happy Earth Day!
Beautiful! What a great reminder in art form that we are one earth and one human race, connected, and all we do affects us all. I love this vase! ✨💛✨
I am grateful for the sun rise greeting me daily and for the wonderment that nature brings so freely for us all to enjoy – Happy Earth Day
I read someplace that the virus is Earth’s way of scolding us humans and grounding us in our rooms. Not a bad assessment. I am hopeful that the new normal will include better respect and treatment of Earth.
Seeing that made me want to colour it in, but perhaps that would spoil it. It’s a very earthy earth.
I have a horrible feeling that we may go back to how we were before. Listening to some people in important positions makes one worry about where we are heading as a species.
The one good thing about all of this is how less human interaction has positively effected the planet! Happy earth day
Happy Earth Day! That looks like some cool scoring on your vase. I guess the earth is appreciating not being polluted as much with the pandemic going on. I do hope people have enough sense to not mistreat the planet.
Happy Earth Day. My dream is for sanity to prevail.
Beautiful work! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
What a lovely vase! Happy Earth Day to you. How I’d love to keep this reduction in pollution down after the virus. Thanks for the post!
You are most welcome! I would love for the reduction in pollution to stay as well.
Lovely
The vase of dreams is so beautiful… Just like dreams 😉
I love your Earth vase! Great way to celebrate Earth day.
I’m grateful for the Earth’s resilience and patience. I hope humanity will listen to her call for help. Happy Earth Day
Happy Earth Day
Awesome vase!
Great work! Happy Earth Day!
nice job!
This vase is beautiful!
I’m most thankful for the beautiful mountains and trees nature provides us with.
Lately they’ve helped me find clarity.
What a stunning vase and perfect for Earth Day! I’m thankful for nature as that is what gives me inspiration. The earth has ways to heal itself, however, the world (controlled by humans) needs to listen and learn.
I’m thankful for my continuing good health (🤞) and a contentment with my low- maintenance lifestyle- which allows me to live quite comfortably on very little- like a $1200 stimulus check- which should last me a couple months (🤞). Also- nice vessel- and Happy Earth Day!
Happy belated Earth Day.
Wow! These vases are gorgeous 😃
I am grateful that we have technology to step up when we need it. Example: a virtual 360 exhibition ( https://tiny.cc/snijeg ) to celebrate waterfall Skakavac in Geopark papuk in Croatia. There’s a spring version too – https://tiny.cc/proljece
Beautiful work!
Thank you for your kindness; I appreciate it and I hope you are keeping safe and well!
