On The Wheel Wednesday

It’s raining and the snow is receding here on Canada’s East Coast. The approach of spring has me making these:

We need some new planters in the house for our growing plants.

Are you as excited about spring as I am? What do you think of my new plant pot?

    1. I thought the same thing – that made me laugh so much 😄❤️

And love the plant pot!!… I just started keeping plants alive – I have “3” new baby strawberry sprouts ❤️ so far, they are alive and well – I hope to keep it that way!!!

Once they stay alive and get big enough I have to transfer them to a larger pot. So we see how that goes lol

      1. I’ve never had a green thumb… so I am attempting lol… so far so good and I actually have 3 sprouts now!

They are taking “forever” to get bigger!!! 🤨😄 … but everyday… I water gingerly – so I don’t overwater… and they sit in the sun on my kitchen window sill… I turn them every morning to make sure they get different sides of sun… and I have even resorted to telling them to please stay alive!! I want them!! Lol

So far they are alive and well! ❤️✌️

  1. Lovely! I always love a good clay pot over the plastic ones, plants perform so much better in them. Spring is springing here just below you in New England too, but I’m still waiting for the last gasp from winter, I’m not so sure it is done yet. New England cynicism built on 45 yrs of experience. Enjoy the sun though!

    1. we are north of new england and getting plants started inside to go in the greenhouse, so its timely for seed starting, but definitely not to do direct planting!

    1. thank you! I am looking forward to getting it fired and glazed so a plant can use it as a new home.

    1. Just saw a fly outside! It is indeed coming! Greetings from Nova Scotia and I hope you are keeping safe and well.

    1. thanks! I am happy to bring a little laugh to your day 🙂 hope you are keeping safe and well!
