Or B.P., as I often call it. There was painting!
I have included a few of my works of art here in this post. If you like what you see in this post, you can see more of my work here!

What do you think of my paintings? What is your favourite creative medium to work in, if you have one? I am still team pottery all the way, but painting was my gateway drug to creativity!
Nice paintings! πβ€οΈ
Thank you for your kind words.
All of the paintings are so colourful, I love it! And I love how all the colours match with one another to create a story π You have an amazing talent!
Thanks so much for your kind words! I really appreciate them and hope you have a great 2019!
These are wonderful. You are very talented. I love the use of colours too.
Thank you so much for your kind comments! I hope you are having a great week!
Itβs the contrast of colors. Generally I like human form paintings, but these make me feel cheerful, and I need that during a gloomy winter.
Thanks so much for your kind words! I relate to what you are saying about needing some cheer, we are having a pretty gloomy winter here in Canada! I hope you are having a great week!
Beautiful!!! So glad you shared these – wow!
Thank your for your kind words and taking a look π I hope you have an amazing week!

I like your painting technique. It’s your own style of Cubism. Excellent!
Thank you so much! I hope you have a great day!
it’s a pleasure. Have a great 2019!
Likewise!
Beautiful, truly beautiful. Love your perception of nature.
Thanks so much for your kind words. It is my attempt at capturing the energy within nature! I hope you have a great week!
you too, π
Talented in 2-D as you are in 3-D!
These days, I mostly apply my creativity in my kitchen and my garden.
Thank you so much for your kind words! Your creativity in the kitchen is wonderous! Those around you are lucky to have all that great food!
I hope you havenβt given it up – these images are very evocative and compelling. I can see the relationship to pottery, too. My creative outlets are many; like @Irene above, in the kitchen and garden, but also with the camera and hopefully, I can tie it all together with words, sometimes free verse, sometimes haiku and sometimes just a regular blog post. Thank you for visiting my blog, because thatβs how I found you. π
Thanks so much for your kind words Kim! Pottery has been my focus, but the desire to paint still bubbles up to the surface. I also love to garden, preserve, make wine etc! I really loved seeing the pictures and reading about Paris! I have not been there in a long time!
You should still be painting in my view as your work is abstract and great.
Thanks for your kind words! I have had the urge to paint again recently!
That is nice that you are thinking of painting again. Best of luck….
Thank you!

Look like an abstraction layered in nature. Colourful too
Thank you so much for your kind words! I hope you are having a great week!
I am. Thanks. You are most welcome.
I like your work. I like mosaics. It’s something from my kid-hood – my mother did them. I like your colours. Thank you for your work.
Thank you so much for your very kind comment! May I ask what your mom used for her mosaics? tile? I have done some in beach glass.
I hope you are having a great weekend so far.
Yes, tile. Mom used broken glass … broken ceramics … this was 60 years ago … yes, beach glass …
oh neat! Do you have any of her works still?
Sadly …
however, in the next month or so, Iβll Post you an image of my sister-in-lawβs (mosaic) coffee table.
I will look forward to checking that out. I love mosaics. I am thinking of experimenting with some tile making for a few home reno projects I have in mind. I hope you are having a great weekend.
Thank you. You, too. I’ll post the picture of the coffee table mosaic. The coffee table is my sister-in-law’s heirloom
