Really enjoyed your post! I think you made it look easier than it is, though. 😉 I’ve never thrown pottery, but as a kid, I did fashion a very thick and clunky mug from clay once at camp. 😄

Amazing video! I’m new to following you — I never tried pottery, an art that just seems beyond me. I think it’s because I don’t have steady hands. But as Forged Mettle Farm says, you make it look so easy!

What was the real time to create your piece in this video?
Thanks for your kind words and taking a peek at the youtube channel. The total time of the video was bout 10 mins or so from start to finish before the speed was increased. I also typically spend some time later smoothing the surface of the vase again and do a bit more trimming and shaping of the base that was not shown.
